Doctor, Actor, Podcast Host | Janet McMordie | Sobriety Story | Potentialize Studio (E6)

Today I introduce Dr. Janet McMordie, a fellowship-trained sports medicine physician, actor, podcast host, voiceover artist, improv and stunt performer. Janet is also the founder of Second Act Actors, a podcast about people who have made a major life or career change into acting. 

This interview was awe-inspiring and it was an incredible privilege to sit down with Janet. She is a charismatic, kind, warm and intelligent human being that I could listen to for hours. Janet brings a very unique perspective to sobriety with a background in medicine, and how even though someone may not meet the medical definition of substance use disorder, they can still have a very serious problem. 

Today I am excited to share Janet’s story with you… may it incite you to consider your own relationship with alcohol, to take action and to be the very best version of yourself in this lifetime.
